On Saturday, Tennessee Titans added wide receiver A.J. Brown to the injury reserve list, which means that A.J. Brown will miss this week’s game against the New England Patriots.
A.J. Brown injured his chest, ribs and palms in the loss to Houston Texans last week. A.J. Brown will now be absent for at least three weeks and can return as early as 12.23 against the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday night.
In 10 games played this season, A.J. Brown completed 46 catches, advanced 615 yards and 3 touchdowns. A.J. Brown previously missed the fourth week of the game against the New York Jets due to a knee injury.
Tennessee Titans signed veteran wide receiver Golden Tate to the training lineup on Tuesday, but did not promote Golden Tate to the big list. Dez Fitzpatrick may replace A.J. Brown in the starting lineup.
In addition, Tennessee Titans’ wide receiver lineup will also include Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Cody Hollister and Chester Rogers.
