On Tuesday, the Tennessee Titans officially announced that they have re-signed head coach Mike Vrabel and general manager Jon Robinson.
Mike Vrabel joined the Tennessee Titans in 2018 and led the team to 43 wins in four years, tying Jack Pardee’s franchise record. He led the team to the AL Finals in 2019 and has also won the South American Division Championship in the past two years. Last season Mike Vrabel led the team with a record of 12-5 and won the top seed in the American League. It also earned him the title of Coach of the Year by NFL Writers Network.
Jon Robinson joined the Tennessee Titans in 2016 and has kept the team with a winning record for six years after taking over. Jon Robinson’s 62 wins in that span are second in franchise history behind Floyd Reese’s 111 wins.
During Jon Robinson’s tenure, the team acquired nine Pro Bowl-level players through the draft, free agency, and trade: safety Kevin Byard, running back Derrick Henry, wide receiver AJ Brown, defensive end Jeffery Simmons, and outside linebacker Harold Landry, guard Roger Saffold, Secret Service member Brynden Trawick, running back DeMarco Murray and quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
